This policy explains what personal data Vertice Host collects when you browse the site, order a server or contact support, and what we do with it.

Vertice Host is a hosting service operated as a branch/service of MoradoSolution. MoradoSolution is the owner and operator of Vertice Host, under the proprietorship of Vandana Shankarmal Kumardey, who is responsible for the overall management and operation of the service.

We keep it deliberately short: we collect the minimum needed to run your servers and support you, we never sell your data, and we delete what we no longer need.

Account data: your name, email address and hashed password, created when you register.

Order data: the plans you buy, invoices and billing status. Payments are processed by third-party gateways — we see transaction references and amounts, never your full card details.

Service data: server configurations, resource metrics and logs needed to operate and secure the platform.

Support data: messages you send us on Discord when opening tickets.

To create and manage your account, provision servers, process payments and prevent fraud.

To provide support, communicate service updates, and understand aggregate usage so we can improve performance. We do not profile you for advertising.

Our website is mostly static. We use only essential browser storage for keeping you signed in and remembering interface preferences. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by us.

Only with processors required to run the service: payment gateways, infrastructure and network providers, and anti-fraud tools — each bound to process data only on our instructions.

We disclose data to authorities solely where legally compelled. We have never sold customer data, and we will not.

Account and invoice records are kept while your account is active and as long as tax rules require. Server data is deleted shortly after a service ends or is terminated. Support conversations are pruned on a rolling basis.

Traffic is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored hashed, and staff access to customer data is limited to what support genuinely requires. No system is perfect — if a breach ever affects you, we will inform you directly.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated records. Raise a ticket on Discord and we will verify and act on reasonable requests promptly.

Our services are not directed at children under 13. If you believe a younger child gave us personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

Updates will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Significant changes are also announced on Discord.
