01Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules for using Vertice Host services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in service suspension or termination.

02Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Vertice Host infrastructure:

  • Launching or participating in DDoS attacks.
  • Hosting malware, phishing websites, viruses, or malicious software.
  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Engaging in illegal activities or distributing illegal content.
  • Running cryptocurrency miners unless explicitly permitted in writing.
  • Excessive resource usage that negatively affects other customers.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to any system, account, server, or service.
  • Scanning, attacking, or exploiting networks or systems without authorization.
  • Hosting content intended to facilitate fraud, abuse, or other unlawful activity.
  • Deliberately attempting to bypass platform security or resource restrictions.
  • Hosting copyrighted material without proper licensing (DMCA violations).
  • Running exit nodes, open proxies, or Tor relays without explicit written consent.
  • Interfering with the operation of any Vertice Host service or other customers' services.

03Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without refund. Vertice Host reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.

To report AUP violations, contact abuse@verticehost.com or use our abuse reporting form.
