Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel any service at any time through the client area or by contacting support. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period, and the service remains available until then unless terminated earlier for a policy violation.

Cancelling a service does not automatically qualify for a refund. Refund eligibility is covered by our Refund Policy. In general, fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable unless an exception applies under that policy.

After a service ends, data may be permanently deleted. Customers are responsible for downloading any files, databases, and configurations before cancellation. Retention details are described in our Data & Backup Policy.

Vertice Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. Accounts terminated for cause are not eligible for refunds. See our Suspension Policy for details.
