THIRD-PARTY SERVICES POLICY

Use of third-party providers, upstream dependencies, and integration terms.

1. Upstream Providers

VerticeHost relies on third-party providers for infrastructure, networking, payment processing, software, security, communication, and other operational services.

  • Data center and colocation providers
  • Network transit and IP transit providers
  • Hardware vendors (servers, networking equipment)
  • Cloud infrastructure providers (for specific services)
  • Payment processors (Cashfree, etc.)
  • Email delivery services
  • Monitoring and security providers

2. Responsibility Limitations

We are not responsible for outages, failures, policy changes, or limitations caused directly by third-party providers where such circumstances are outside our reasonable control.

VerticeHost cannot guarantee the actions, decisions, uptime, response time, refunds, compensation, or conduct of any upstream or third-party provider.

If an upstream provider fails to provide a refund, compensation, replacement service, credit, or other remedy to VerticeHost, VerticeHost is not obligated to provide an equivalent refund or compensation to the customer for the provider's failure.

3. Customer Third-Party Software

  • Customers using third-party software, plugins, applications, or services are responsible for complying with the applicable third-party terms and licenses
  • VerticeHost does not endorse or guarantee any third-party service integrated with or used alongside our services
  • Support for third-party software is provided at VerticeHost's discretion

4. Data Processing by Third Parties

Certain customer data may be shared with third-party processors as described in the Privacy Policy. Processors are bound to process data only on our instructions and under contractual data protection obligations.

5. Changes to Third-Party Relationships

VerticeHost may change third-party providers at any time. Material changes affecting service functionality will be communicated to affected customers where practicable.
